THE challenge
Duca Credit Union was introducing their new Home Warranty Program, and needed to find an impactful way to alert customers as to how important home insurance really is.
THE STRATEGY
In the back of all homeowners minds is the possibility that something could go wrong at any time. If and when it does, where do they turn? A sense of urgency was required to let Duca members know that this is a serious matter.
THE SOLUTION
One thing that we didn’t want to do was strike fear in the hearts of members – we wanted them to feel prepared, or covered, should something happen. Not scared.
We created in-store signage and digital ads depicting some worst-case scenarios but in a humorous, over-the-top way. These visually striking situations would prompt members to take action, whether it be in-branch or online.
